Steel Lighting Co. - Exchange Policy

Depending on the situation, we may offer a exchanges on our products, but this at the discretion of our Customer Service Manager. All decisions are final. 

In the event that you need a replacement urgently we recommend placing a new order immediately to prevent delays. To return your unwanted product, include a copy of the Exchange Request form in one of the boxes and we will issue the appropriate refund once the returned product has been received and processed. Please be sure to fill out the "New Order #" Section of the form.

• Goosenecks/Straight Arms: If you buy a new attachment at the full $75, this will be refunded once your exchange is received and processed. Replacement parts will be shipped next business day and should arrive within 2 business days after shipping. 
• Mounting Plates: Our 4" Mounting plates are $20 and our 6" Mounting Plates are $35. If you order a replacement 6" plate, once we receive your return 4" we will refund you $20, so you only pay the $15 difference. Replacement parts will be shipped next business day and should arrive within 2 business days after shipping. 
• Fixtures: We only offer an exchange if there is no difference in price. For example, if you receive a Glossy Black fixture but then decide you would prefer it in Matte Black, we can process this as an exchange. However, you order a light with a white interior and then decide you wanted one with a brass interior (a $50 up-charge), then you must place a new order. Replacement fixtures will be subject to our usual production and shipping guarantee of 21-business days. 

However, if you are not in a rush, you can also choose to fill out the Exchange Form below and include a copy in the product you are sending back to us. When one of our fulfillment team members processes the package, they will send out the item(s) that you have requested. Again, this is only eligible for exchanges of the same monetary value.
